Ms. Constable, PRITCHARD Director, has extensive experience in hospital administration and management. Her responsibilities have included hospital program development, strategic planning, design and operations for an outpatient infusion center, as well as implementation of inpatient women and children’s services. She has served in a variety of roles in nursing administration in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Ms. Constable has an intimate understanding of how the clinical setting works and the underpinnings of successful hospital and physician-based practices from both a clinical and administrative perspective. She is uniquely qualified to assist industry and providers in assessing IT technology needs and requirements such as electronic medical records, billing and coding software, and inventory management systems. She has personal hands-on experience in implementing new information systems and developing an electronic medical record database for a hospital awarded “Most Wired.”
Ms. Constable is an integral part of the team and provides IT insights, strategic positioning, program development, program planning and development, joint ventures and hospital/physician relationship consultation, feasibility studies, staffing expertise, facility design, and operational and financial analyses to our clients. She has also contributed to the Association of Community Cancer Centers’ magazine, Oncology Issues, in its Coding and Reimbursement feature and presents at regional ACCC meetings.
